With more than 24 years of experience as a business project manager in a multinational company, my coaching draws on the latest research in neuroscience to make our brain our ally and contribute to increasing the performance of leaders and the happiness of teams at work.

Julie Foucault, B.Com, has over 20 years of experience in data analysis, KPI visualization and dashboard creation. She has worked in the public, private and non-profit sectors to implement automated reports and dashboards on operational performance or program impacts and results.
In 2018, Julie started Daxel.ca which offers training courses and consulting services in Power BI, Microsoft’s new data visualization tool. She provides effective decision support tools to improve the overall management of an organization’s operations. As a trainer, Julie offers personalized attention and develops autonomous learning in her students.
