A 90-minute session to learn about Lean and Six Sigma concepts and how to use them to improve your business processes. This virtual session will allow you to understand the key steps to improve your processes iteratively and simply in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environment. Discover and master the tools in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a focus on List, SharePoint, Forms, Excel, Power Automate, Power BI and Planner.

2. Structure Your Team

Refine your business processes and optimize the performance of your teams with the Microsoft 365 Co-development, Analysis, Improvement, Design and Strategy Workshop.

A one-day workshop to help leaders find simple and innovative solutions to make their teams more efficient by optimizing business processes with the Microsoft 365 applications they already have. Learn how to optimize sales processes and customer relations, welcome new employees, open projects, mandates, or client files, as well as follow up on incidents and requests from internal or external clients.

3. Evolve

Expert-led sessions delivered through Microsoft Teams are available at your own pace and on-demand. All the participant has to do is add the training courses that are convenient for them to their agenda!

The short and dynamic training courses delivered through Microsoft Teams are available on-demand, at the time that is most convenient for you. To do so, the participant will choose the date and time of the sessions that are convenient for them and will add a note about it to their agenda.
